Operations & Supply Representative - Limerick & Ennis

As an Operations & Supply Representative, you will work within the Operations team to support the introduction, training and onboarding of new personal shoppers onto the buymie network. 

You'll gain first-hand experience working in a high-growth technology company. 

What you will be doing
  • Recruiting applicants onto the buymie shopper network in Limerick and Ennis.
  • Provide in-store training to new Shoppers.
  • Provide feedback to the Operations Team on challenges and opportunities to improve our processes.
  • Fast-paced onboarding to meet adapting recruitment targets.
Package
  • Salary - €27,000 annually. 
  • Flexible hours, Monday to Friday - 40 hours
  • Hybrid working - 1-2 days a week working from home and 1-3 days a week in-store/office. 
  • Company health insurance. 
Your profile
Basic requirements for the role
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Have a full, clean driving license and access to a car.
  • Have a smartphone and are comfortable with technology.
  • You are based in the Limerick/Ennis area and can travel to both locations as needed. 
  • A desire to learn and challenge yourself in a fast-moving environment.
  • Are comfortable talking to groups of 2/4 people.
  • You enjoy meeting new people and working within a diverse community.

Qualities We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience with training/recruitment/admin tasks/customer-facing role.
  • Previous experience in the delivery industry, working with independent Contractors etc. 
  • A collaborator - Someone who enjoys working and learning with others and will bring new ideas to the table
  • A fast learner - Someone who is flexible and curious whilst performing everyday tasks, as every day is different at buymie.
  • A team player - We are team-focused and work together to hit all of our targets.
  • A good communicator - Someone who can present the concept of buymie enthusiastically and effectively.
  • A positive individual with a can-do attitude.
